Job Description
Who we are: Maven's Talent Acquisition team challenges traditional recruitment, taking an innovative approach when it comes to attracting, assessing and hiring our people. Maven is seeking an intern to join the team from August - February 2021to support with their graduate recruitment program. This is a paid full-time role based in London. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with an interest in recruitment or finance who would like to gain experience in an investment and market making organisation. Role Specifications: * Administration of the organisation's annual Graduate Recruitment Program * Data management of candidate applications * Assisting with the organisation of program events * Representing the company at university events and evening presentations * Interview co-ordination for assessment days * Assistance with candidate communication & experience during the assessment and interview process Who you are: * Recent graduate with at least a 2.1 grade or equivalent * Excellent organisational and administrative skills * Good written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail * Professional, confident and pragmatic attitude * A people person What we offer: * An introduction into recruiting at the highest level * Friendly and engaged stakeholders, who will happily share their knowledge * Relaxed, informal and highly rewarding culture * A fast growing global firm with plenty of opportunity where you will have significant impact
