About the Role We are seeking an experienced Options Market Maker to join our successful Automated Market Making (AMM) team. You will work with experienced senior traders and risk managers to develop profitable strategies that deliver sustainable short and long-term growth. About You We are looking for an inclusive team player who can express their ideas in a collaborative and open environment. They must also have: * A high level of technical proficiency (including the effective management of daily P&L volatility and applying hedging strategies/tactics within approved parameters), sound business acumen, strong market knowledge and ability to transfer skills and knowledge easily. * Experience trading European Index Options and be able to demonstrate an ability to trade and manage a trading book covering several products. * A sound approach to risk management strategies and the ability to accurately manage risk within parameters set by Management and the Risk team, accepting their advice and guidance. * Experience of Systematic Overlay Trading. * Experience of coding Object Oriented Python in a trading environment. A competitive salary is being offered for this role. The role will be advertised from the 1st of May 2020 until the 29th of May 2020.
