Sustainability & Data Manager Location: Birkenhead Salary: £39,440 Per Annum Following recent internal changes, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Asset Sustainability & Data Manager to join our busy Assets Team. The role is on a permanent basis working 37 hours per week, based in our modern head office in Birkenhead, Wirral. The office is easily accessible from most transport links with just a short walk from Hamilton Square train station and local bus routes. Free parking is provided to staff either on site or nearby. The Sustainability & Data Manager role The main purpose of the role will be: - Formulating, managing, developing, maintaining and updating the company's Asset Management System (Promaster) and for providing and managing accurate statistical information of Magenta Living's stock and assets for future business and scenario planning purposes to ensure Magenta Livings' Active Asset Management strategy and Climate Change Strategy are delivered. To provide analysis on the performance of each individual asset to enable investment decisions to be made. To create, develop, and manage a comprehensive and integrated suite of data to facilitate the development of a comprehensive Asset Management strategy and Climate Change strategy, taking account the sustainability of assets; ensuring that assets are fit for purpose for current and future customers, and meet statutory and regulatory requirements. Requirements for the Sustainability & Data Manager Role Applicants should possess an excellent understanding of core housing systems, business planning and asset management systems and have experience in delivery of data management information to develop and support asset strategies in the housing sector. Experience of Promaster is key along with a track record or delivering projects on time. The ability to plan, organise and prioritise work is essential. Excellent numerical and analytical skills are a must and you should have experience of effectively managing a team.
