Job Type Social Care - Adults Group Community and Children's Services Division Adult Short-Term Intervention Grade Grade 5 Specific Salary 9.94 per hour Contract Type Casuals Advert Details Casual Intermediate Care Workers are required to join our growing team that operates in Rhondda Cynon Taf. You will support individual centred rehabilitation and deliver hands on care, reflecting individual choice and to maximise an individual's independence and quality of life. Supporting the day-to-day delivery of the intermediate care service in a community setting, we offer support and rehabilitation in a person's own home or place of residence. Enabling individuals to do the things that are important to them and which are essential for their health and well-being. You will work as part of our Support @ Home (Homecare, Intermediate Care and Rehabilitation Team) working alongside professionals to care for people in their own homes. The service operates 365 days a year and hours worked range between 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. You must be dedicated, reliable and willing to learn new skills, and have the ability to use your own initiative. We are looking for forward thinking staff to help take our service to the next level. You must have the ability to travel independently throughout the County Borough.
