Discover more at www.medidata.com . **Your Mission:** Medidata's Product Organization is staffed with a passionate team of product management experts, tackling the industry's most difficult technical challenges in order to push the boundaries of possibility for our clients and most importantly, for patients. This role will focus on the Site Payments product, which ensures that the site staff performing clinical trials are reimbursed quickly and accurately allowing them to focus their time on patient care. The product is developed to be used globally within the heavily regulated healthcare industry. At Medidata, we work within agile software development methodologies. **Your Competencies** + Help business leaders identify and create requirements based on the direction of business leaders and product management to provide feature-based solutions that support Medidata product strategy + Subject matter expert and product expert for managed products + Deep understanding of client needs and market trends, through client interaction and other market research + Interact with other Business Analysts, Product Owners, Product Managers and internal stakeholders to understand new business requirements and enhancement requests. + Developing product requirements and processes for tools that make it easy for customers and internal teams to integrate and map to our services + Work with product members to finalize product priorities, including bug fixes + Create and own the business/product requirements documentation + Manage feature iteration throughout the product lifecycle Interact with architecture, engineering, and quality assurance teams during the software build and/or configuration process and testing process. + Directly interface with business users by responding to support calls escalated by the Help Desk. + Participate in user focus groups and requirements workshops, training and demonstrations. * Consistent efforts to deliver quality solutions as per agreed scope. + Ensure the quality of the deliverables as per the defined defects meet specific standards + Document issues with resolutions and share with team members to improve team productivity. + Knowledge transfer with other team members to improve overall team education level + Take complete ownership for the assigned task and timely inform the progress of the project / task to all stakeholders. + Actively participate in meetings, including all agile meetings, and make a valuable contributions. **Your Education & Experience:** + Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree Medidata is making a real difference in the lives of patients everywhere by accelerating critical drug and medical device development, enabling life-saving drugs and medical devices to get to market faster.
