Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a client facing account executive to build a long term career in the bloodstock sector of the London Insurance market. The opportunity will include responsibility for a portfolio of clients and prospects with accountability for client retention and new business development. The role would suit someone with insurance experience from either an underwriting or broking perspective, who is highly organised, professional and with outstanding communication and IT skills. A strong interest in, and knowledge of the bloodstock / equestrian world would be highly beneficial. The Role * Client account management and administration with the goal to retain and develop a profitable bloodstock portfolio through excellent client service. This includes the provision of quotations, the placement of cover and day to day care of all aspects of a clients' programme in a timely and accurate manner. * General advice and support to clients by email, telephone and face to face meetings plus attendance of bloodstock sales and events. * Be involved in all aspects of the business unit including compliance and regulatory requirements set out by WTW and the FCA. * Excellence in client service and broking through trust, credibility and strong relationships * Documentation production and checking * Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant products and services offered by WTW The Requirements Qualifications * ACII qualified, or working towards this, beneficial but not essential * Educated to degree level or relevant industry experience in either the Bloodstock Industry or general Insurance. Skills * Insurance experience * Interest in, and thorough knowledge of horses and the bloodstock industry * Attention to detail * Preparation of proposals and presentations * A good working knowledge of Market Reform Contracts for Insurance and detailed understanding of the Lloyd's bloodstock wordings. * Excellent communication (written, oral & presentation) skills & interpersonal skills essential, and an ability to deal with HNW clients in a professional manner * Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment where lateral thinking, initiative, self-motivation and decision-making skills are crucial * Proven track record of delivering high levels of service * Ability to represent the bloodstock team and WTW with integrity and credibility * Experience working with and adhering to processes and systems to support client service delivery Equal Opportunity Employer
