Line of Service Advisory Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Risk Management Level Senior Associate Job Description & Summary We are looking for candidates at senior associate level in the Consulting Risk practice. The Risk practice provides services to insurance companies for enhancing their business portfolio, regulatory compliance, risk return, capital effectiveness and operational performance. The candidates are expected to use the problem solving approach to play an important role in advising our clients on ERM and C-ROSS SARMRA design/improvement, analytical models and key indicators, management dashboard and system/platform design/construction, strategic goal setting, business plan and performance improvement recommendation. Requirements: * Bachelor or above degree with over 3 years relevant working experience; * Risk management, solvency improvement, business planning, performance analysis, investment management, and data & analytics with insurance sectors; * Value added risk analysis and performance management experiences like strategy risk management, solvency and business portfolio improvement, data based decision support, new technology driven risk management are plus; * CFA, FSA, FRM qualification preferred; * Fluent both in Mandarin and English.
