As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Duties and responsibilities Perform data analysis, review, and reconciliations on participant information used for valuation purposes. Assist with completion of financial valuation reporting based on IAS /CAS regulations Support corporate restructuring and capital enhancement initiatives for IPO, mergers & acquisitions, etc. Assist retirement projects including plan design & analysis, financial projections, and employee communication, etc. Manage internal and external client deadlines and prioritize and address client requests as they arise. Work cooperatively with other team members to complete tasks and to ensure consistency of quality deliverables. . Learn Willis Towers Watson financial tools and methodologies; actively seek personal growth and development. : 3+ years of experience in pension insurance companies, accounting firms or consulting firms Successful completion of one or more financial exams highly preferred A strong background in mathematics and statistics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong focus on attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks and keep deadlines Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environment Account management experience is preferred Bachelors or above from reputable universities Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel Good command of both written and oral English Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
