The Technology Consulting Senior Associate opportunity is part of the PwC Consulting team. The objective of this role is to drive our client-facing engagements of transforming clients' business and strategy through deployment of different technologies and systems. You will be assisting managers and senior managers on the following areas: * Lead a work stream for project deliveries, major tasks are business analysis, process redesign, scenario definition, system function design, development, testing, training and deployment. * Manage client's requirements and changes. * Assist project management including scheduling, milestone and resource plan. * Assist pre-sales activities including proposal, PoC and workshops. Requirements * A bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software, MIS, or other Engineering majors is preferred; * Working experience in Consulting firms is preferred; * 3 to 6 years' experience for CRM system implementation in Salesforce or SAP C4; * Experienced in CRM implementation in role of BA or technical developer in more than 3 projects with amount > 1 M RMB; * Salesforce Certifications or SAP C4 Certifications are preferred; * Strong team work and communication skill; * Strong analytical and creative problem solving capabilities; * Group facilitation and presentation skills; * Be able to travel in domestic or overseas cities; * The ability to work directly with senior management and employees throughout client organizations; and * Fluency in English and Mandarin.
