We'd like you to join us and share our success. Overview of Role Reporting to the Associate / Technical Directors, this role is responsible for managing the technical delivery of projects. You will be required to meet budget, timeframe and quality targets, meet or exceed client expectations, manage interfaces internally and externally and positively contribute to the achievement of the divisional business plan and the overall success of our team. Minimum Academic and Professional Qualifications: * Degree in Civil Engineering or similar discipline. * Chartered or Incorporated Engineer professional status ( open to discipline ). Essential Experience: * Significant post chartership experience of outline and detailed design of infrastructure projects typical of our client base. * Wider design and/or construction related experience within the UK Civil Engineering sector. * Experience of leading design and the management of multidisciplinary teams. * Outgoing personality and outcome focused mind set. * Ability to lead by example, with interpersonal skills to communicate effectively at all levels. * Good motivation, influencing and people management skills. * Ability to adapt to changing situations, with the talent to think effectively and clearly and implement effective solutions. Desirable Experience: * Knowledge and experience of BIM led design and Civils 3D. * Experience of hydraulic design. * Experience working with and developing graduate engineers * NEC Contract experience, including administration or fulfilling the role of Site Supervisor. Location: We are looking for support in either our Birmingham, Warrington or London offices.
