Territory Manager (Unilever Ice Cream Team) Field-based role: Territory covers Birmingham, Coventry & surrounding areas Contract duration: Permanent Salary: 19.5pa + performance-bonus + lunch allowance + car We're looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our Unilever Ice-Cream team. Offering field-sales solutions for some of the biggest brands in the world; we are experts at selling in the grocery, financial services and technology industries. Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you'll be helping global brands - such as PepsiCo, Nestle, Britvic, Unilever, Microsoft and Now TV - deliver their key sales and marketing strategies. The Role: On our Unilever Ice Cream Team you will be responsible for managing an existing client base of convenience stores, supermarkets and food service outlets within your territory to build strong relationships with key decisions makers and to increase brand awareness and presence of Unilever Ice Cream brands in store. Your role will also include identifying and opening new customer sites by following up leads or creating your own opportunities, tailoring the appropriate proposition for each one. Who are we looking for? Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous field sales/direct sales experience, but are also interested in anyone who has worked within a customer-facing or retail role who is looking for a new direction. However, we also believe that with the right attitude you can excel in our team, as we pride ourselves on training and developing our colleagues. Finally, you must be comfortable driving fairly long distances each day, as you will be travelling from location to location in line with your call file. Please note this role requires a full UK manual driving licence (with no more than 6 pts or previous bans), all offers will be subject to successful completion of a DVLA licence check. This is a field based role which will involve regular travel on a daily basis, so you must be comfortable driving distance. Overnights may be required on occasion.
