HR Business Partner The team Our purpose is enhancing society together and we make this come to life through our people. The HR team is crucial to supporting the business through a transformation and we need to ensure we guide our people through the change. To support the transformation agenda we now have an opportunity in the team for a Human Resource Business Partner. This is a true HR Business Partner and involves Partnering with a number of Directors and their direct reports across multiple sites whilst being based in Peterborough. The successful candidate needs to be comfortable with operating in a multi-disciplinary matrix organisation and demonstrate excellent stakeholder management. The job Reporting directly to the Global HRBP and working closely with the local HR team the HRBP will proactively partner and collaborate with Business Unit Directors and Advisory Group Directors to provide pragmatic and commercially focused solutions to bring the People Strategy to life. The HRBP will also work in conjunction with the Global Centre of Excellence teams to ensure all People programs are suitable and appropriately aligned to business needs. The successful candidate will have a solid track record of success in an ever changing, global multi-matrix working environment with a focus on embedding organisational change. The role requires someone who thrives in a fast paced and demanding business environment and proactively driving change. Your responsibilities and actions: * Build strong professional relationships with key stakeholders and participate in relevant meetings to actively contribute to the strategic decisions of the business. * Support the Business Line HRBP with organisational change projects (restructuring, acquisitions,etc.) across business units by gathering information, preparing projects and communication plans and effective stakeholder management throughout the project. * Embed and deliver strategies for people management, succession planning and talent management within with the Business Units you support. * Support the embedment of the company strategy and acts as a change agent. * Drive programs to facilitate culture change, capability building in new ways of working, leadership, performance. * Work to ensure optimal employee engagement and retention and that translation of company's culture and strategy is embedded. * Working with the Global Centre of Excellence teams to support with the engagement of new and annual process by effective communication and stakeholder management. * Working with local country HR teams to ensure an efficient and compliant service in line with global standards and policies, employment legislation, rules and regulations. Your profile * Proven HR experience as HR business partner. * Experience in Talent, Development and Reward agendas. * Experience in organizational effectiveness and organization change processes. * Commercial understanding. * Ability to take business and commercial insights and translate into the Organization & People agenda to influence the business. * Relationship and People skills. * Proven ability to facilitate, persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels and all functions. * Strong consultancy and communication skills, specifically diagnosis. * Excellent coaching and relationship building skills. * Solutions orientation balanced with delivery focus. * Analytical, interpretative and decision-making skills.
