RECRUITMENT OFFICER - SUSHISAMBA London/Duck & Waffle Recruitment Officer will lead the full cycle recruitment process for all Orange Brands Management restaurants as assigned. Recruitment Officer will be charged with building strong partnerships with business leaders and corporate team members to effectively manage hiring demands, and recruiting processes. You will be responsible managing systems, guidelines and methods of performance measurement. A strong measure of the success of this role will be the retention figures for all new hires and the reduction of fees to recruitment agencies. JOB DUTIES: + Develop and execute strategic approach to achieve company goals in attracting and engaging top industry talent + Build strong working relationships with leaders across organization through constant collaboration and projects + Build on the strengths of company initiatives for recruiting brand, recruiting messaging, and candidate-facing recruiting tools + Become a contributing member of the management team that effectively embodies and promotes the culture and values of OBM and leads others to do the same + Meet with Managers on regular basis to ensure potential gaps are identified and researched + Add value to job descriptions ensuring that they are clear, concise, relevant, and attract the right candidates and are in line with what is practiced at the restaurants + Source, screen, and submit eligible candidates for various roles + Negotiate compensation and benefits with candidates, and extend offers + Monitor and reduce the costs of recruitment expenses and implement cost effective solutions + Establish social media communication strategies for different job profiles and functions + Conduct job interviews for all staff and managerial job positions + Deliver against ambitious hiring plan for current and future growth + Finalise hires; complete reference checks and coordinate the on-boarding process + Provide guidance and coaching to managers on recruitment best practices + Continually adapt to new sourcing strategies while constantly keeping the needs and objectives of the company at the core of decision making + Develop and manage recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics + Report retention rates on a monthly basis to all HODs and designated Corporate staff + Closely monitor each and every new hire's on-boarding and training process for the entire probation period to ensure proper on-boarding, received critical feedback, and ensure greater retention success rates RECRUITMENT OFFICER - should demonstrate competence in the following areas: + Behave Ethically: Understand ethical behaviour and business practices, and ensure that own behaviour and the behaviour of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organisation. + Communicate Effectively: Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques. + Creativity/Innovation: Develop new and unique ways to improve recruitment practices to create new opportunities + Lead: Positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization + Make Decisions: Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization. + Organize: Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details/data/information/activities. + Plan: Determine strategies to move the organization forward, set goals, create and implement actions plans, and evaluate the process and results.
