What you'll learn and do * Supporting clients with professional, structural and tailor-made advice in accountancy, tax and financial and strategic management; * Discussing budget with the clients and follow-up of the financial position and status of the company; * Providing proactive support based on research of laws and regulations; * Supporting clients with ad hoc questions; * Follow-up on profitability of a certain amount of files; * Performing quality reviews; * Coaching and guiding a small group of colleagues. Who you are * You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy/Finance; * You have at least 8 years of relevant experience in accounting (Belgian GAAP); * You are interested in beginning your internship at the Institute of certified Accountants and Tax Consultants (IAB/IEC), you have already started your internship, or you have passed your final exams; * Your mother tongue is Dutch or French and you express yourself fluently in English; * You are familiar with MS Office and any accounting software; * You are client-minded and business development-oriented; * You are able to work on your own and you have a good sense of responsibility; * You are dynamic, flexible and professional.
