As a key player within the Senior Leadership team, the Senior Director of Growth will be critical in supporting the growth and evolution of the business. Responsible for 3 key streams within the EMEA business; the regional Growth Strategy, New Product Development Strategy, and Strategic Digital & Brand Marketing, this role is responsible for strategizing, conceiving and implementing Growth initiatives with a focus on new customer, market or channel acquisition. This role works closely with all members of the Senior Leadership team to ensure alignment and cohesion across all functions in order to deliver the 3 key streams efficiently and effectively. The Digital Marketing and Ecommerce teams work collaboratively with the VP, Commercial EME and VP, Commercial SA to deliver relevant marketing approaches and solutions while ensuring that regional activity aligns to the wider Global business strategy as it relates to Digital Marketing and Ecommerce initiatives. Our UK headquarters are based in Kettering, Northamptonshire however base location can be flexible for this position. Growth Strategy * Maintains a deep understanding of regional landscape and perspectives on potential opportunities including M&A targets. * Develops strategic proposals that will increase revenue and improve customer acquisition, experience and engagement. * Assesses impact of potential opportunities across multiple dimensions, provides a commercial viewpoint based on an in-depth understanding and analysis of commercial and competitive information. * Secures new business. * Partners with other members of the leadership team to align on concept development, experimenting and deployment strategy for new offerings * Responsible for Project Management and local operational teams to ensure successful implementation of Growth offerings New Product Development * Developing new products and pricing to ensure that the business remains competitive and market leading. This involves business case development to ensure profitability, and define launch to market. * Identify and prioritize new service offerings to develop, either internally or through partnerships. * Pilot new services to confirm feasibility and deepen understanding of how to successfully operate new business lines. * Develop strategy for broad deployment of new services and partner with regional leadership to implement. * Manage P&L for new service lines. * Responsible for Project Management and local operational teams to ensure successful implementation of New Product offerings. EVR and Affinity Clubs * Ownership of the EMEA non-member rentals line of business, including EVR and Affinity clubs * Responsible for cost centre budget and P&L. Strategic Digital and Brand marketing * Responsible for EMEA Digital and Brand marketing strategy including online share targets, content management, web analytics & social media. * Responsible for innovative digital strategies to drive customer engagement and acquisition consisting of; PPC, Retargeting, Social, Display, Email operations, Video marketing across existing and new brands. * Ensure we are optimising our EMEA online/offline budgets and reallocate based on business growth opportunity * Devise and implement strategy for insourcing / outsourcing of marketing functions * Define regional umbrella brand strategy and build a credible Brand story to explain how each of our brands work together * Define our cross brand digital / offline customer journey along with Interbrand / cross selling CRM strategy * Develop the strategy for bringing all of the lines of business together in order to work more cohesively across the region, focusing on brand experience and PR * Responsible for the implementation of ARN and any new future models T&I (temporary responsibility) * Responsibility for the management of project and systems development resources. * Supports the identification of innovative ideas and executing transformational initiatives to improve sustainable revenues and profitability. What skills and experience are we looking for? * Strong leadership capabilities, preferably hones in start-up or new business line leadership environment, with the ability to create and successfully implement growth and marketing strategies for an organization. * Very strong digital acquisition experience, across all channels, with ideally broader experience across brand, partnerships and channel marketing. * Ability to drive multiple projects from strategy to execution in a fast-paced environment in an organized way. * Ability to analytically pr
