Job Description

A rare opportunity for an individual with a good understanding of social media and communities to join a young and developing team and contribute positively to the strategies for the UK from the ground up. You will be part of the primary point of contact for the Klook UK customer community and will act as the virtual face of our brand regionally. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who embodies the values of exploration, energy and fun and can communicate these with infectious ease across a variety of content and appropriate channels. What you?ll do + Be a key player in establishing and maintaining an outstanding brand presence for Klook utilising social media platforms and community efforts within the UK + Think big across all available platforms and media + Own the social listening mechanism to ensure timely response to trends, comments and customer reviews + Work independently and within teams to deliver creative and engaging content. + Constantly optimise content direction to seek growth in organic followers acquisition, reach, engagement and traffic plus conversions on Klook + Establish review/conversation monitoring routine, skilfully and creatively respond to conversations online regarding / related to Klook or where there is an opportunity to positively present Klook to a target audience + Identify and nurture high performing influencers and develop co-op programmes to drive positive returns + Report on performances to management together with recommendations for next steps for the market within or across teams + Effectively align with internal stakeholders (e.g. management, brand marketing, data and analytics teams etc) on business objectives and directions What we?ll do + Push and support one another to achieve lofty aims + We won?t be afraid to challenge the boundaries and think well outside of the box + Provide excellent work socials with a super friendly team + Offer a great office environment with lots of snacks and fresh coffee + Incentivise you to try out the Klook products What you?ll need + Experience within social media and community growth operating in a consumer focused environment or consumer projects from further education + Highly creative with excellent written and content management skills + Awareness of current trends within target market cultures and able to quickly translate them into content opportunities + Understanding of social / content listening + Knowledge of basic image editing is a plus + Understanding of managing and driving growth from influencers network + Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background + A start-up attitude ? highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that?s not afraid to work independently when required + Experience in mobile app traffic acquisition a plus PLEASE PROVIDE SOME EXAMPLES OF COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT, SOCIAL POSTS OR OTHER CONTENT YOU BELIEVE DEMONSTRATE YOUR ABILITY.
