What's Happening: Here at dna we're always on the lookout for great talent, we've seen amazing client growth this year and we're excited to open this opportunity for a strong healthcare focused PR Senior Account Manager to join our family. We're looking for someone entrepreneurial, who has with strong expertise healthcare communications and is eager to build on that experience at a dynamic agency. Yes, you'll be an ambassador for dna both internally & externally, however we want the successful candidate to join and make the role their own by taking a sense of ownership and accountability. What will you be doing? * Owning the day-to-day management of multiple clients' campaigns and driving through to successful completion. * Providing strategic counsel to clients based on business and healthcare industry knowledge. * Effectively manage and delegate projects, assisting with budgetary control, offering guidance and feedback where necessary. * Position yourself as the go-to for your clients. Be their Superhero. * Take an active role in leading client meetings and contribute to new business pitch presentations. * Inspire and motivate a growing team to produce their best work. * Provide strategic and creative direction to all materials, ensuring they are of the highest possible standard. * Advise your clients in best strategy and be comfortable with interacting to a range of personalities. * Think of the future, how the client and their programmes will adapt to the ever-changing environment. Who are you? * You are an ambitious Account Manager in a PR agency, looking to build upon your current knowledge of the healthcare and comms space. * Excellent AM experience, having managed a team at successful Healthcare agencies previously. * You have exceptional writing abilities, are able to produce well-structured, medically sound copy across the content spectrum. * Comfortable with and able to upwardly-manage where necessary, to make use of time and expertise. * An awareness of figures and budget management, we don't need a Wizard but you've got to know how to use a wand. * Growing an understanding of NHS and EU health systems. * Keen to develop leadership skills as you grow into the role. Even Better if: - Scientific background is very desirable. - Able to work across all disciplines of PR healthcare with growing confidence.
