Job Description
**Title:** Cultural Development Lead KBR is a Global diversified services company, working in over 40 countries with customers in over 80. Sellafield Limited has identified the need for project and programme management support to deliver 17 major construction projects across the Sellafield Decommissioning Programme PPP. This is a high profile, nationally significant, multi billion pound project, phase 1 of which will run for the next 20 years. KBR is the Integration Partner responsible for the provision of project management and related services to integrate the delivery of major projects. **Role** The Project Cultural Development Lead (CDL) will enable PPP project leaders to develop and maintain a culture of choice (eg Safety, Collaborative Working, Fit for Purpose, PPP Collaborative Team, Delivery). This support will advance delivery of the project mission whilst ensuring the wellbeing and safety of the project team. The CDL will facilitate the development of the project culture, embed new ways of working and will enable all parties to take personal responsibility and participate fully. **Main Responsibilities** + Facilitate a clear vision for the desired PPP Project culture and a supporting development plan by identifying all stakeholders, aligning them to the project mission, clarify the vision for the culture including health and safety standards and delivery. Specify the behaviours and prepare a development plan for changes. Develop culture steering group and review and feedback. + Develop guidance for culture change, prepare project relationship dashboards, develop and communicate simple visuals to illustrate desired behaviours. Facilitate self assessment and develop relationships across the project to ensure consistency of approach. + Ensure managers are positively reinforcing change , celebrate successes, engage with personnel at all levels to check in on awareness and concerns, share lessons learned and ensure visible and consistent demonstration of desired culture. + Embed cultural change by identifying problems and initiating appropriate corrective actions, ensure working practices are revised and institutional barriers are addressed. + Maintain long term project culture by supporting teams, assisting in investiagtions and resolutions including taking appropriate action from ATLAS events, anticipate developments that may affect culture, take the lead on transition management.
