Chubb is currently recruiting for a Security Service Engineer The main goal of this role is to undertake periodic maintenance of security alarm and detection systems and carry out necessary fault finding on client sites As a Security Service Engineer, you will: Attend sites and undertake periodic maintenance of security alarm and detection systems and carry out necessary fault finding on client sites. To meet predefined target times for periodic inspections Clear and concise communication with the service desk regarding customer issues All paperwork/electronic reporting to the service desk carried out promptly To present a professional appearance at all times. Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures. Be fully conversant and compliant with all Environmental Health and Safety procedures. Complete quarterly ethics module as advised by Ethics & Compliance Officer (ECO) Fully comply with all Quality, Environmental Health and Safety directives including but not limited to PPE, Accident Reporting, Cardinal Rules, Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS), Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE). Experience in servicing Security Alarm Systems Hold current qualifications or have relevant experience in Security Alarm Systems.
