In addition, new regulations - domestic and international - are placing a greater emphasis on the effectiveness of internal controls, and this often requires independent assurance. At PwC we provide value-added insights that help to improve system and business control effectiveness across various organizations. To further build our capabilities we are currently seeking people with strong business analyst or technical backgrounds to join our Big Data and Analytics team, assisting clients to execute their strategies by optimizing the use of data and information. We enable businesses to realize their objectives by offering important data insights and providing the right information to the right people at the right time. As part of the Big Data and Analytics team, you will be expected to inquire, understand and explore the requirements of data application and landscape from the enterprise executives to help improve business performance and effectively control risks. To be considered for this opportunity you will have a University degree majoring in computer science, engineering, information systems, mathematics, statistics, accounting, finance and possess 5 to 8 years' experience in business intelligence, data mining, data analysis, enterprise application system (including ERP) or decision support system implementation and other related projects. Ideally you will have extensive experience in applying various data analytics and mining tools such as Qlikview, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Perceptive, SAS and R.
