Are you an accomplished and driven omnichannel production leader with a passion for developing new programs from scratch and supporting global project teams? If so, then the US Production Lead could be a great match for you! GSK is looking to create an enhanced end-to-end marketing production and media ecosystem that will leverage an extensive range of capabilities to be augmented and delivered by a few global partners to constitute an optimal global marketing delivery solution available to all our brands and markets. As part of that, we aim to build a two-speed production model which will provide a flexible, fast and agile approach to deliver both planned and responsive content across all disciplines: from traditional TV commercials to social media assets. The model will also provide improved and faster content optimization capabilities, via the in-house media and production teams in our 2 must wins markets i.e. US and China. The US Production Lead will have responsibility of the US hub of our new marketing model located in Warren (NJ) including: * Regional production service to deliver all US's market production projects via a single hub * US on site studio to deliver US in-house projects The regional hub will receive all production briefs for all channels for the entire region e.g Americas and will help with routing the work to the optimal entity of the model which could be the on-site studio, the regional partners or the central global service center in India depending on the campaign objectives and requirements, the lead time and available budget. Support to demand planning * Creative scopes of work review * Planned demand mapping / routing / prioritisation / escalation * Client advisory at a brief stage to maximize efficiency (cost) and effectiveness (content performance) * Demand monitoring * Demand reporting and insights Delivery oversight * Production advisory in creative process * Client advisory throughout the projects to maximize efficiency (cost) and effectiveness (content performance) Cross partners coordination * Support to quality assurance (omnichannel consistency etc) escalations and query resolution * Cross functional collaboration * Managing key interactions such as Media colleagues, engagement layer, Marketing Edge Hub performance management (focus on production) * Surveys and focus groups management * KPI / SLA tracking and regular governance * Regular cadence: MBR, QBR etc * Global to local measurement and governance * VBL compliance * Best practice sharing / key stats Operational excellence * Documentation of processes and ways of working * Process improvement * Innovation: scouting new services and tech and roadmap management * Innovation: piloting and scaling new tools and services Functional capability * Capability building within model staff, brand teams and partners Comms and engagements * User on boarding * Change management * Ad hoc comms User assistance * User queries * Escalations Model Implementation: * On board the partners and internal teams and oversee the staffing our account * Support process creation and documentation * Oversight of the on-site studio build * Prepare for the first on-site pilot end of Q2 2020 Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience * 8 to 10 years in production management in a multinational company (agency preferred) managing large and complex production projects * Video production origination capabilities: hands on experience in production content from pre to post production * Client management services: at least 6 to 8 years having day to day interaction with clients * At least 3 years' experience with web production including a robust understanding of platforms (experience with AEM is a plus). * Deep understanding of the media process from planning to optimization * Deep understanding of DCO platforms * Good understanding of creative and ability to recommend creative optimizations or advise of repurposing content * Ability to interpret media performance metrics to provide client recommendations * Experience in housing production services and manage an on site studio would be a plus * Experience in healthcare is a plus * Speaking Spanish is a plus Why GSK?
