We are now seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our newly created Key Accounts team. The role holder will Identify and develop new business opportunities in conjunction with our three brands (Toshiba, Carrier & CIAT) within allocated Key Accounts. We are ideally seeking someone in or around Milton Keynes or anywhere else that would allow for easy access to East Anglia, The Northern Home Counties and Central London. As a Regional Sales Manager within our Key Accounts team, you will; + Provide effective Key Account Management of nominated customers target and identify new/potential key account customers (Main Contractors, Large M&E's & Building Developers) + Achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities + Offer guidance and assistance on the correct use and application of our products + Offer industry knowledge and guidance on legislation to ensure future protection + Promote all Toshiba, Carrier & CIAT USP's + Conduct joint sales calls when necessary with the three brands sales teams to assist in development of our sales network + Prepare a monthly End of Month Report to update customer progress and highlight new business to your line Manager + Ensuring regular customer contact + Secure orders and develop enquiries To be successful in this role you will: + Technical knowledge of VRF and split systems + Strong sales background in HVAC key product ranges being VRF, Chillers & AHU's + Sales experience in the lighting industry considered (as an alternative to HVAC) + Key Customer base Main Contractors, Large M&E's & Building Developers + Knowledge of HVACR industry + Competitor knowledge + HNC/HND or City & Guilds Engineering or related subject + UK Driving Licence + IT Literate with MS Office skills What can we offer you? + Attractive Basic Salary + Competitive OTE + Company Vehicle or Cash Allowance + Private Medical + 25 Days Annual leave plus bank holidays More about us: A worldwide leader in the manufacture of energy-efficient air conditioning systems, Toshiba Carrier UK supply leading air conditioning systems and controls for a range of applications from large offices, hotels, hospitals, healthcare facilities, universities, leisure centres and national retail outlets through to small residential projects.
