Job Description
FULL TIME SUPPORT WORKER required - working NIGHTS 8pm - 8am Rate of Pay : £10 per hour waking nights * Permanent FULL TIME role based at one location (3 shifts per week approx. ) * Employed by a Respected and Specialist Care Provider * £10 per hour + company benefits * Nights on a rota including weekends We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join an established specialist care team. You would be required to work with a gentleman who has a Spinal Cord Injury and is living in his own home in the Camborne area. The Role: * All aspects of personal care will be required, including catheter and stoma care. * Providing support and assistance in social outings, appointments and therapy sessions. * Assist with food preparation and domestic tasks About You: * We are looking for candidates who are flexible, reliable and trustworthy and caring, with excellent timekeeping. * A good sense of humour and a proactive nature would be welcomed. * Living local to Camborne would be beneficial Shift Patterns: * 12 hour waking night shifts 2000 -0800 * You will be joining a team who are providing 24/7 support on a rota basis, including some weekend and bank holiday working The Employer: This employer provide specialist care teams for individuals who live within their own homes. The client base is varied and includes Spinal Cord Injury, Acquired Brain Injury and other Neurological Conditions.
