Position Summary The Partner Technical Advisor (PTA) is responsible for working with the Global Strategic partnerships team in order to educate and advise partner resources focusing on nCino sales, configuration and delivery. Responsibilities of the Partner Technical Advisor (PTA) include providing expert knowledge and advice to nCino partners, building and delivering functional/technical training courses and certification exams, and educating partners on how to effectively scope, estimate, and configure the nCino Banking Operating System. Overall * Assist in developing the Global Partner Enablement Strategy (Training/Communication) * Drive education and enablement of consulting partners across EMEA region * Drive scheduled partner meetings focused on support and configuration of the nCino solution in the EMEA region * Counseling the external build of complimentary nCino third-party assets in the EMEA region * Design and build various forms of training content (classroom, online, podcast, certification exams) * Deliver various nCino-Partner training academies both domestically and internationally Delivery * Work with Professional Services teams to continually drive best practice methodologies for partner delivery * Collaborate with Professional Services subject matter experts to develop nCino training content and certification exams * Lead and drive partner training events both in-person and virtual * Support nCino Partner Developer salesforce orgs to partners Marketing * Work with nCino marketing teams during development of nCino training content and certification exams * Interact with Partners online to drive adoption and engagement in the nCino Community Product * Liaison between partner(s) and nCino product development and engineering teams * Collaborate with Product Development teams to develop nCino training content and certification exams Objectives 30 days - 60 days - 120 days * Establish rapport and relationship with partner project and delivery teams * Establish relationships with critical resources across internal nCino departments * Obtain Salesforce certification unless credentials have been previously established * Learn nCino training methodologies, approaches, and best practices * Shadow and learn the facilitation of various Partner Training events * Assist in development of nCino training content * Understand the org strategy and ongoing expectations for how to work with partners * Learn how to work with other departments to accomplish training and org advisory goals * Learn the nCino solution - Commercial, Retail, and Treasury Management * Facilitate first Partner Training class Qualifications Required: * Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Education or related field * 4+ years' experience or combination experience, education, & superior performance * Working knowledge and experience with CRM systems such as salesforce.com or systems built on a relational database * Strong technical background with knowledge of how to support a software solution * Ability to present complex concepts in practical terms to a learning audience * Experience with database design and workflow * Proven ability and motivation to learn quickly and independently * Exceptional presentation and communication skills * Experience leading/facilitating workshops with tangible results * Strong technical background with knowledge of how to support a software solution * Proven ability and motivation to learn quickly and independently * Ability to present in front of large audiences and react quickly to complex scenarios. * Willingness to travel to partner/client locations both domestically/internationally * Passion for teaching, coaching and training others Desired: * Salesforce experience, knowledge of the platform * Adult/continuing education background * Process reengineering background * Banking experience If you thrive in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment, we invite you to share your passion, ideas and excitement at nCino.
