Take a look at our website Training Instructor, BI - London Function Purpose Our Global training team has a direct impact on our employees, our partners, our customers, and the business by providing product, business process, general technology education, and (limited) skills training for audiences around the globe, such as but not limited to: Sales, Delivery, Partners, Client End-Users. Role Overview Training Instruction consists of delivering all live (Instructor Led Training, Virtual Training) training courses to audiences around the world using the course materials developed by our Instructional Design team. As a Training Instructor on our team, you will be aligned to a particular set of audiences and product offerings and may flex to support training demand in other areas as well. Responsibilities Specifically, you will: Deliver an engaging learning experience ( Instructor-Led classroom training sessions or Virtual trainings) to drive increased knowledge and stronger application of concepts across a audiences and product offerings, leveraging course content developed by Instructional Design Flex to secondary audiences and/or product offerings to address demand spikes (in conjunction with product launches, etc) Ensure experience in classroom, virtual or field environments - from kick off to post session feedback -- is a highly effective environment to drive engagement Administer certification programs (in conjunction with training sessions, and any needed follow-ups) as prescribed by Curriculum & Instructional Design Assemble and provide recommendations for improvement based on post learning feedback to Curriculum & Instructional Design Work with Training Support Associate to ensure smooth flow of all logistics behind training events Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally to satisfy global training demands Skills & Experience Strong experience in training instruction with experience in a Technical function, and/or SaaS or Life Sciences industry a plus BI background an advantage: * Strategy Companion Analysis Manager * PowerBI * MicroStrategy A passion for teaching, and a commitment to ensuring that your trainees develop the skills they need to be successful A passion for learning, with an interest in going beyond the curriculum to develop a personal understanding of the product offerings and audiences you serve Ability to command an audience, and tailor your delivery to their unique needs to drive optimal engagement and learning retention Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills - comfortable in front of a room and behind a webcam Experience in either Sales or a technical function (software implementation or support) Possesses broad knowledge base with the ability to establish credibility and confidence of training audiences quickly Excellent preparation skills Experience of working cross-culturally with diverse workforce in a global environment Excellent English language skills.
