We're looking for someone who has at least 2 - 3 years' experience of working in communications, or internal communications. You're creative, yet able to understand the workings of a corporate organisation, and most importantly you'll be able to make corporate messages engaging and clear. You'll have some experience working with Senior Leaders, but if you don't then this is a great opportunity to take that step up and get a bit more exposure to senior stakeholders. As a small Communications and Marketing team, you'll be happy to support on some external projects such as marketing events from time to time. Job Responsibilities: * Assist in the implementation of the Internal Communications Strategy for Government Services (EMEA), helping to engage employees with the business and its leaders * Own and manage all corporate communications; new contract wins, strategic business updates, change programmes; policy updates etc. * Find opportunities to develop content for internal audiences that align with the Business Strategy such as internal stories, interviews and videos * Support the delivery of employee events * Be responsible for the day to day team tasks such as content calendar management and information gathering * Manage and develop the annual employee engagement survey * Manage and develop the business unit intranet * Manage and develop the standard corporate presentation for customer facing teams Your Skills: Essential * 2-3 years experience in a communications role * Creative and out of the box thinking *
