Line of Service Advisory Industry/Sector Specialism Management Level Associate Job Description & Summary Do you have experience with Business & IT Strategy in the financial service industry and are you ready for the next step? The financial industry is rapidly changing because of upcoming FinTechs, new regulations (e.g. PSD II) and new technological developments such as Artificial Intelligence / Machine learning (e.g. chatbots etc) and Blockchain (incl. cryptocurrencies). The European FS Technology CIO advisory team is looking for experienced hires with a passion IT Strategy, IT Architectures, IT governance, IT cost management, IT Automation and Agile transformations. In a fast growing young dynamic team you can make a difference in solving these complex digital challenges. You will work closely with prominent clients in the financial industry to achieve their goals (Strategy through execution). Requirements You are an experienced consultant Digital Transformation & Information Technology for the financial service industry and looking for a new challenge. * You have 2 to max 6 years of experience in the field of Digital Transformation, IT Project/Program delivery and/or improving the IT architecture, IT Costs and Regulatory Reporting/RegTech within the banking and pension/insurance industry. * You have a good understanding about the banking, insurance and asset management industry IT systems and IT processes and a vision on how technology impacts the (customer) journey of the customer. * You have completed a master studies (preferably a beta study). * You have a commercial and pro-active mindset with a passion for working in medium/large transformation programs. * You can independently provide recommendations to solve complex challenges with the client * Able to identify functional specs. * Able to make first architectural design based on functional specs. * You are a team player and good at relationship/client management to support the development of new propositions for our clients. * You are fluent in Dutch as well as English and you have the ambition to work in the Netherlands and abroad. Responsibilities As a Sr. Consultant FS Technology within PwC Advisory you are responsible for and delivering consultancy assignments with a multidisciplinary team. You will work on innovative digital transformation projects which will change the financial industry in the upcoming years. From the Technology team you will contribute to the development of the digital target operational models and reviewing and improving the (agile) IT architecture, design and implementation of risk & finance. We help our clients in realizing their strategy with our vision "Strategy through Execution" by guiding them through their large digital transformation from the beginning until the end.
