Client Service Advisor - Real Estate Are you ready for a new challenge? Aon is currently recruiting an Insurance Client Service Advisor to join our Real Estate team in London. The Client Service Advisor will be primarily responsible for ensuring the provision of high quality, innovative Client service in accordance with agreed Client Scope of Service Agreements (SoSA) and Service Plans relating to core insurance products. About the Role As a Client Service Advisor your key responsibilities will involve: * Working with Client Managers to ensure the highest level of service and technical advice to each assigned Client in line with the agreed SoSA and Service Plan. * Complying with regulatory and other standards as directed by line management including working with the Business Support Team to create accurate and timely policy documents, premium invoicing and debiting * Identifying improvements in Client risk and insurance programme design and making recommendations to the Client Management team on actions necessary to achieve this * Manage debt collection of client accounts to help maintain profitability * Assist Client Manager with the coordination and post implementation of the renewal process * In accordance with the Global Broking Strategy, negotiating renewal terms, midterm adjustments and cover extensions * Identifying revenue development opportunities on allocated Client accounts and making recommendations to Client Managers * Professionally representing Aon, including attendance at networking events and demonstrating an understanding of Corporate objectives. * A team player who strives for continued personal development * Contributing pro-actively to client satisfaction, retention and profitability * Effective working relationships with other Aon specialist areas of business * Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company * Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company. About you As a Client Service Advisor your skills and qualifications will ideally include: * Proven experience within the Insurance industry * Real Estate or Property Owners experience * ACII qualified or progressing towards * Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) * Ability to positively engage clients * Ability to demonstrate good communication, decision making and problem-solving skills * Specific Client knowledge * Compliance with regulatory and business procedures Salary and Benefits This role offers a competitive salary and bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package and 25 days holiday.
