In joining this team you will lead overall talent management (TM) and organisation (OD) processes to execute TMOD strategy whilst acting as a TMOD partner, providing expertise to country HRBPs and line clients. Your responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Talent & Leadership Development Support Head to formulate and execute the talent strategy and align the business strategy to talent sourcing and development requirements Facilitate organisational planning and ensure follow-up and development of associates identified in TT, establishing training and development needs Utilise UP4Growth to improve effectiveness of TM processes Maintain all talent information and coordinate talent-tracking processes for region Europe Project manage implementation of new systems, process and tools Build, deliver, evaluate local leadership development programme (including Core Management Programme & ER) utilising internal /external resources Facilitate and promote talent exchange Future Talent Programme \n\n\n\n Position Title: TM & OD Manager Minimum requirements: What you'll bring to the role: Qualifications related to TMOD or Learning & Development preferred Qualified to utilise a range of OD tools such as MBTI Coaching qualification/experience HR experience including HR generalist experience at a large organisation and/or significant OD or TM experience.
