Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism IFS - Clients & Markets Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary Business Development (BD) is part of Markets, which is responsible for strengthening our brand and driving growth, supporting our people to deliver One Firm, offer multi-competency solutions and create distinctive value propositions for our clients. BD empowers our people and the firm to drive a client centric culture. We help develop client relationships, connect the firm, drive Markets strategies, and work with teams to identify and win opportunities. We put to use client insights, industry knowledge, and commercial and market trends to help us truly understand our clients' needs and build deeper client relationships. The role is based in the business development team and be part of firm's CRM Team (Client First) to focus on the market strategies around client issues in targeted client segments to drive revenue growth and unlock the whitespace across all line of service, industry and priority initiative. This role is to lead a team of business support and data stewards to support day-to-day client facing operation and data quality across systems and to outline the necessary action plan for reinforcing the existing processes as well as writing up the business case to global team for approval and build. Key relationships / stakeholders: * Client First Solution Lead * Client First Business Support Agents * Client First Change & Adoption and Reporting & Analytics teams * Finance Client Review Team * GTS * Global Support Team * Business Development Core Team * Markets leaders * Operations teams based in individual Lines of Service (LoS) Key responsibilities: This role will provide leadership to the development of data control process, and end-user support services to China users for firm's Salesforce system. Good sense of data management makes this role key in the success of the Client First Business Support Team. Data Management * Developing the methodologies and business rules to support data quality control * Responsible for providing overall data quality levels, key risks and issues via regular reporting, leading data stewards to perform regular tracking, identifying issues and recommending solutions to business teams on data quality * Becoming proficient in the nature, purpose and use of Salesforce to improve data quality * Coordinating with Report & Analytics team and business teams to derive the insight based on Salesforce capabilities * Participation in ad hoc projects with other Client First Team members to meet user demands Business Support * Becoming the point of contact on business support * Overseeing user support team to ensure smooth operation * Leading on-going maintenance and testing of the Salesforce CRM system with system owners of other upstream and downstream systems, and support system change requests and enhancements at each system release * Developing business rules to business support team in provision of support services to China CRM users * Guiding and Training support users of new system features/enhancement in Salesforce * Aligning closely with Global Support Team to ensure that in-territory support operation are in line with the global support approach * Working with the business teams and stakeholders to understand their operations, collect feedback and share the best practice in relation to the usage of Salesforce * Working with stakeholders in different territories to leverage the CRM approach Key attributes, skills and experience : Must have * Educated to at least degree level in Business Administration / Information System / Computer Science * 5 - 8 years' experience, working with different levels of stakeholders in project management or operations/type of role * Excellent English language skills (speaking, reading and writing) * Fluent in spoken Cantonese and Mandarin * Strong presentation skills and use of PPT and MS Office * Flexible and Adaptable * Attention to details * Think laterally and multi-tasking, with the ability to see "big picture", can use own initiative to resolve problems * Strong organisational skills and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision * Willing to travel within China and Hong Kong * Team player Nice to have * Experience in Salesforce * Understanding and experience with PwC Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Not Specified Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
