You will drive our social conversation to defined audiences with the purpose of creating pull -through demand; presenting our innovative technology and company in such an engaging way, that people understand who we are, what we stand for, what are products are, the value they provide to each type of customer, and to start meaningful conversations with them. Initially the role will focus on growing globally iManage RAVNs profile; you will employ techniques for this product set, whilst establishing processes and a program template for the wider iManage Group that feeds into the overall Social strategy The role?s wider responsibilities will be to support the global social media communication efforts raising both iManage and iManage RAVN?s profiles. To work with creative, communications and product marketing teams to create best-in-class creative content leveraging both established and emerging platforms. Your day to day? + Create an integrated social program that drives social conversation and acquisition within defined target audience segments with the purpose of creating pull ? through demand + Create both organic and paid social programs that meet KPIs and goals and fully integrate within product function, marketing and business objectives + Craft engaging, witty, informative social content and define what we should say, how we should be saying it; harnessing our personality to create our defined voice + Increase social acquisition and build out the follower profile, not just in volume, but demonstrate through the creation of the right content and activity, that we are attracting the right people to engage/follow and interact with us + Know inside out who our end user community is ? who are the leaders, the influencers, the movers, shakers and innovators driving the conversation. Create a collaborative offering within this community to help us raise our presence and establish a place for us and the iManage voice + Gather and report on insights you find through social monitoring; be it about our audience, target companies, industry trends and market intelligence + Source, request and use the social tools to enhance activity; in particular to allow for key data and analysis to be provided to your internal colleagues Who you are? + You are a Senior Social Media Manager with 5+ years of experience, ideally within the legal or professional services vertical + Desire to make your mark on establishing a new role within a growing organisation and growing Marketing Team + Team player who enjoys collaborating cross-functionally throughout the organsation + Experience of working with supporting marketing agencies, managing budgets and utilising the best resources to get performance results + Enjoy testing and employing new techniques to see what engages your followers + Scheduling, and planning content in advance is second nature to you, and you run a tight ship + You can pivot and respond in agile fashion to create content/plans that are responsive to market events or last minute requests Please see our privacy statement for more information on how we handle your personal data:
