As a Senior Consultant at Gallup you will lead client projects that are generating transformational change for our global clients. Working with some our best and brightest experts, you will manage people, resources, projects, timelines and relationships to ensure client engagement and growth. Through your analysis of complex data and predictive analytics, you will head a geographically dispersed group that designs the right strategic consulting plan for clients. By creating and presenting compelling narratives, you will become a trusted advisor to senior leaders and executives, educating them on how Gallup's consulting solutions align with their needs. As you learn how we use our analytics to advance our clients' businesses, you'll build relationships with internal stakeholders, grow your consulting expertise and advance your professional development toward a partner or subject-matter expert track.
