You'll have the opportunity to develop a holistic approach to risk that protects businesses, facilitates strategic decision making and enhances efficiency by assisting management in the assessment of project risks and controls. Our Risk and Compliance Generalist - Client Services team helps clients assess, design and develop solutions to manage diverse risks. You'll help clients develop a consistent, coordinated, and sustainable strategy. Responsibilities As an Analyst, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project * Prepare deliverables * Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen * Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues * Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters * Work on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand Qualifications: * Open to L1 Analysts who have been with the Centre for at least one (1) year * Must be in the current role for at least six (6) months * At least a Performing rating in the last moderation period * No active disciplinary action for the last six (6) months Role Summary: The R&Q analyst performs independent review of work requests in the nature of quality control and provides feedback in accordance with SDCs User Guide instructions. The role will combine elements of documenting and reporting the results of R&Q review, monitoring the feedback received received from PMOs and engagement teams on a regular basis and providing timely updates to management. Likewise, the R&Q Analyst will participate in quality improvement programs and contribute heavily in areas related to continuous process improvement. The position reports to the R&Q Manager.Primary Responsibilities: * Conduct R&Q review of work requests on a sampling basis and document adverse feedback received from Engagement Teams * Perform monthly operational compliance checks * Identify process improvements based on trends from previous R&Q reviews * Discuss issues found with the Delivery Team on a regular and targeted reviews * Prepare R&Q reports Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Up to 20% Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
