Responsibilities * Lead group of solution architects & developers that act as a rapid solution development team developing & implementing new digital solutions from ideas to fruition within the SEAC market * Interventions will cover topics such as, RPA/process automation, conversational tools, document digitisation/OCR, cognitive tools, client APIs, and machine learning/artificial intelligence products/ solutions * Research emerging technologies in the market for adoption in the network, based on client's or industries business needs and/or technical requirements * Perform market scans, technical analysis, proof of concepts/values and detailed technology assessments along with cross functional or lines of service teams. * Collaborate effectively across multiple parts of the PwC and client businesses to deliver complex digital solutions and strategies * Conduct current state technology assessment for new & developing Enterprise Architecture solutions * Lead cloud transformation projects starting from baseline, business requirements, cloud vendor analysis and comparison, TCO and ROI building and recommendations keeping in mind the local and global laws of the industry and country * Manage projects with an aim to increase revenue & improve client services and deliver solutions for future. * Involvement in business transformation engagements and enabling the technology stack to support these initiatives. * Promote a DevOps culture and emerging technology chains to support continuous delivery * Advise clients on industry/ cross-industry leading practices. Influence clients' thinking in adopting leading/ standard practices while developing target state * Responsible for channel partnership with various principle vendors to drive revenue and growth Requirements: * A recognized post graduate degree qualification from premier institutes ideally in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Sciences, or related discipline. * 10+ years of hands-on experience in software product development background, software architecture and have led an agile development team. * A minimum of 5-7 years as a senior IT leader & managed teams in a complex matrix organization. * Strong knowledge in software development and cloud deployment will be highly preferred. * Seasoned leader that has built and run technology consulting businesses and grown teams successfully. * Superior communication (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills. * Ability to facilitate effective workshops to lead target state design. * Strong client service mind-set with good project management skills. * Ability to articulate new and complex concepts clearly and simply to executives. * Strong ability to present to large and executive-level audiences. * Demonstrated experience in assessing technologies as well and relative business models. Extrapolate strategic and product-level risk and mitigations plans. * Strategic and analytical thinker who challenges status quo and looks for creative solutions to problems * Hands-on, entrepreneurial and flexible to take broad guidance from management and execute plan of action to drive results. * Flexible and proactive trouble-shooting capabilities with the ability to manage diverse groups across multiple lines of service. * Sound understanding of business process, industry nuances and leading practices in area of focus * Process-oriented problem solver who can adapt within a multi-tasking environment and simultaneously manage multiple issues and projects with limited resources. * High attention to detail and quality for all work products. * Demonstrated success in multi-cultural work environment. * Flexibility to travel in the region when required.
