Market and Consumer Insights + Market expert. KS business & competition with in-depth knowledge of EMEA domestic & travel retail markets: macro-economic, distribution and consumer behaviors trends + Analyze and report key market developments including overall consumer and regional market trends. Gather and maintain intelligence on size of market, competitor performance, etc. Own and drive the business + Build & nurture distributor relationships and influence them so that they understand and further embrace the KS brand vision. + Responsible for negotiating with accounts Sales Targets and OTB. Business Planning, Analysis and Strategic Decisions + Analyze monthly business trend and validate Latest Financial Estimates & Open to Buy + Analyze weekly business trend and recommend action plans + Develop seasonal sales strategies, initiatives around key holidays to ensure company objectives are achieved. + Analyze yearly business performance and propose Annual Operating Plan. + Prepare monthly distributor business performance reviews + Analyze weekly product performance and propose recommendation for in season shipping + Drive Seasonal Markets: communicate KS Strategy, initiatives and goals. Ensure alignment with distributors. + Ensure alignment of assortment to Global Strategies + Ensure alignment of orders to OTB + Drive timely order reconciliation to forecast post market. + Negotiate with distributors where orders are not to strategy. + Analyze market needs and Identify and champion communication to Merchandising of large product development opportunities. + Analyze performance of Marketing Activities and review marketing spend allocation + Monitor, follow up and on marketing/PR initiatives and spend to ensure it supports the overall strategy and contractual agreements + Support creation of Marketing & Public Relations strategy & budget in alignment with Global Strategies & contractual spend agreements.
