MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES * Liaise with Team Managers on a regular basis to understand and obtain workflow and delivery timetable and client service expectations. * Perform work and provide related deliverables in accordance with SDC's User Guide instructions as applied to work requests * Maintain working knowledge of the SDC User Guides and be able to assist team members in resolving issues arising in their work/delivery of services. * Monitor time spent on assigned tasks and manage deadlines. * Adhere to PwC SDC policies and procedures. * Participate in training, coaching of Associates and Analysts L1 and other developmental opportunities where possible * Consistently demonstrate teamwork dynamics by working as a team member: understand personal and team roles; contribute to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; and proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES * Carry out instructions from engagement teams using applicable resources in the analysis or execution of the work request. * Initiate feedback after performance of a work request. * Deliver well-written, concise communication to engagement teams. * Respond to client queries. * Provide timely updates to engagement teams/territory POC, especially on the status of the work request assigned. * Raise queries or issues to immediate manager in a timely manner. * Participate in projects/initiatives to drive process compliance and incite employee engagement. * Focal person for bulk work (30 hours or more). * Monitor progress of the work request by maintaining a monitoring file and communicating with team members. * Communicate with and provide status updates to ET/territory POC. * Act as Client Relationship Manager and align expectations, coordinate, organise and facilitate interactions between SDC and engagement teams. * Point of contact for issues, follow up or escalations for assigned client. * Demonstrate ability to lead or coordinate and display ownership of projects /initiatives. * Present ideas and suggestions on how to improve work processes. * Point of contact for process/methodology for assigned service/activity. * Facilitate future team learning initiatives for assigned service/activity. * Conduct peer review (non-chargeable) and live review (chargeable) on basic, non-judgmental, non-complex areas of work requests. * Discuss results of peer and live review with reviewing Team Manager and submit a peer review checklist summarizing findings noted.
