Our Information Technology Generalist - Practice Support team focuses on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing internal applications, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for PwC to drive strategic business growth. Job Description A career in Information Technology, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to contribute our core business functions by deploying applications that enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. You'll focus on managing the project and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth. Our Digital Solution team helps develop and supports internal information technology systems and applications for use by all staff levels. You'll be responsible for gathering prioritizing, and delivering business functionality via the agile and digital methodology Responsibilities * Much experience in Data Model and governance and deploy the data process in the different industry. * Deeply analyze and solve various technical, performance and cross terminal compatibility problems encountered by the different data quality. * On-field project work and take responsibilities of certain tasks and activities, such as project management, business analysis, project development, testing and deployment, etc... * Working with the sales or project team on technical activities to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. * Co-operating with sales in developing customer account strategies, assessment of customer needs and critical sales issues to ensure customer satisfaction. * Be responsible for the development of new service offering related to business intelligence and performance, implementation/support of applications and so on * Have an aptitude for trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills and an ability to handle multiple clients and multiple team members with confidence * Apply technology knowledge including but not limited to Automation, Visualization, Advanced analytics, Process Mining and so on to address business challenges * Assist in technology deployment projects, such as data analytics and modelling, finance process diagnosis and digital finance transformation projects. * Develop self by actively seeking opportunities for growth, share knowledge and experiences with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador * Translate business requirements into technical designs integrated with content management solutions and search engines to fully unlock the business value. * Articulate point of view on solution platforms, architecture and vendor options. * Design, develop, maintain and enhance products installation/setup and deployment architectures. Identify and solve end-user problems concerning installers; Qualification * Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Security, Electronic and Information Technologies, Math, Statistics and other related STEM majors. * 8 years working experience above * Solid knowledge of program and project management methods and tools * Strong logical, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills * Aspires to be a professional individual and demonstrated strong interests in our profession * Demonstrates ability to manage multiple tasks * Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin * Demonstrated ability to encourage, motivate and mentor team members. * Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies.
