Job Description
* Performs oversight activities for money in and money out and monitors the relevant bank accounts daily * Performs oversight of our daily reconciliations, providing the relevant daily packs to Clients. * Completes transfer agency operations support activities to support the business area.Support audit requirements including preparation of audit packs as required and complete process walk-through with auditors. Reviews work of more junior colleagues, answers any questions of higher complexity, and takes ownership of client queries through to resolution. * Researches exceptions and follows through to resolution. * Contributes as the subject matter expert on client on boardings, projects and initiatives as required. * Facilitates all settlement options available including BACS, Cheque and STP settlement such as Crest. Assists other staff members. * Trains staff on current or new procedures. * Identifies areas for process improvement and escalates to senior team members. * No direct reports. * Helps develop and supports the achievement of team objectives. * Associates degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. * 3-5 years of total work experience preferred. * Experience in transfer agency operations preferred.
