The Integrated Account Manager will be an active contributor to client tactical plans, providing account/client management, digital consultancy and campaign delivery to a variety of brands and organisations across healthcare, consumer healthcare and pharma. What will you be doing? * Act as a partner to account leads throughout various campaigns and day to day activities (yin to their yang) * Create strong relationships while working closely with wider teams to ensure success of campaigns and create a collaborative working environment (teamwork makes the dream... a reality) * Establish yourself as a subject expert for all things integrated on key accounts * Where necessary manage and provide community management, influencer mapping, copywriting, digital insights and digital account management * Work with the client service teams to create strategic and creative digital ideas (#nopressure) * Collaborate with the UK, EMEA and US cross-practice integrated teams to share digital best practice * Deliver existing digital work within the team and grow digital opportunities across accounts (@digitalhealthgrowthwizard) * Working within the agency to brief media, creative and research staff, and create and where appropriate assist with the formulation of marketing strategies * Create proposals and control costs for digital activity (level 3 finance spells required) Who are you? * Proven experience of having immersed yourself in PR/comms culture * Demonstrable success in digital communications (either for clients or in house) particularly in terms of audience engagement (whether influencers, end customers, or both) * Excellent levels of organisation * Knowledge of digital research, analysis and measurement techniques * A sound understanding of various web technologies to support online campaign execution and digital content creation * Understanding of commercial aspects of digital (costs, margins, ROI) * Ability to track digital activity back to business outcomes (conversions, awareness, sales, etc.) * Knowledge of basic social media tools, e.g. Sysomos, Radian6, Traackr, etc. * Strong communications and client-handling skills, fluent English, and meticulous attention to detail * Demonstrated ability to work with internal & external specialist teams * Stellar individual and group presentation skills * Wizard abilities to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing * Advertising / marketing background in health * Entrepreneurial spirit and no quit attitude Even Better If: * PR / comms background in health * Advertising / marketing background in health * Business transformation experience and NewBiz passion Note from the talent team: We appreciate the time taken to apply for the role and your recent interest in Weber Shandwick.
