Last Updated Date:Mar 31, 2020 Location:Renfrew, RFW, GB, PA48DJ Company:Doosan Corp Job Information Location - Renfrew Competitive salary and benefits Doosan Babcock is currently recruiting for a Head of Project Management to join us in Renfrew. The purpose of the role is to direct and co-ordinate the operations of all allocated Process Sector Projects to deliver AOP/LRP. This post will also lead and expand the delivery of the Process sector project operations with nominated resources as well as contributing to ensuring change and risk management processes are being implemented and effective for all operational projects. Over and above this you will ensure the Company governance processes are complied with and effective Project Execution Plans are deployed for all Operations. You will also ensure the resources required for Projects are identified and communicated. Role Key Accountabilities: + Demonstrate HSE Leadership and in all areas of EPC delivery. + Plan and support Business Development, Proposals and Estimating activities. + Ensure all Project Managers develop and issue approved PEP's. + Ensue Project specific commercial/contractual obligations are understood, adhered to and comply with Doosan Babcock Polices. + Ensure Project Budgets are agreed and align with agreed scope/activities. + Ensure change control and risk management practices are fully embedded and effective on every Project. + Ensure robust and achievable delivery schedules are in place and baselined. + Ensure visual performance Project Metrics are in place and published in line with Project reporting and Business rhythm. + Monitor and support the delivery of agreed Project KPI's e.g. Cash flow/Invoices/WIP/Aged debt/Key milestones. + Assess resource needs for project Operations and support recruitment, coaching and mentoring of the Project Managers as necessary. Applicants should be degree qualified with Chartered Engineer status with CDM experience. You should also have extensive EPC/EPCM Project delivery experience within the Process sector business as well as a proven track record of leadership of high value Projects and Portfolio's. Candidates should also have sound knowledge and application of financial management and project governance procedures.
