As a Software Engineer - Back End you will have full accountability for: Creating Microservices/API to help shape the new RS Online experience Projects ranging from an entirely new architecture with the ability to pick and choose the given technology Migrating task to move RS Online towards being a more agile engineering and technology company Take ownership of the technical solution from coding up to releasing to production Fuelling your passion: To be successful in this role you will: Have significant/ substantial commercial experience with Microservices Able to write high performance and thoroughly tested production code Have a good understanding of Docker, Deployment tools and infrastructure/ DevOps Be a team player who wants to strive forwards together and not as individuals and a passion to mentor others. The Stack We use the following technologies and we're completely open for people to bring their own experiences and change to make the engineering culture better AWS, React, Docker, NodeJs, Lambda, Kinesis, Springboot, GraphQL, Nomad, NoSQL Databases such as DynamoDB.
