Job Description
KBR are currently recruiting two Senior Designers to join their growing Piping Department based at their Leatherhead Campus (UK). ESSENTIAL SKILLS Knowledge with significant experience in Onshore projects (LNG) or Offshore (Oil & Gas) from all phases of concept, FEED through to EPC Design Projects. Comprehensive knowledge of PDMS (12.1) / E3D (2.1.0) in Administration/Production Modules - LEXICON, PARAGON, SPECON, DESIGN, E3D, DRAFT/DRAW, ISODRAFT and MDS. Significant experience in catalogue hierarchy and structure. Knowledge of ADMIN, DICE, AVEVA Engineering, Global, Clash manager, Aveva Net/Engage and Smartplant 3D would be an Advantage. PML 2 programming and expressions is essential. BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS Responsible for the maintenance and creation of Piping catalogs and specifications for corporate and project specific. Software development to assist in the digital transformation. Creation of 3D Design blocks for standardization and automation. Communicate regularly with the projects with briefing sessions to share knowledge, best practices and lessons learned. Assist in the projects activities and deliverables helping to achieve the project goals and objectives. Manage software problems, troubleshooting and giving desktop support. Support 3D model object engineering and model status. Establish, maintain and improve of CAD processes, systems and tools. Application training and user support. Development of plans, specifications, procedures and work processes. Aveva Review and Navisworks.
