Line of Service Advisory Industry/Sector Business Services Specialism Customer Management Level Senior Associate Job Description & Summary Job description and summary We are looking for talented experienced professionals tojoin our Customer practice as part of PwC'sManagement Consulting department.We are a dynamic growing team based in Belgium of about 15 people, embedded in PwC's European "Front Office Transformation" practise with a total headcount of approximately 700 professionals. As a member of our Customer team, you will help our clients address business-critical issues, and support executive and senior management level decision makers in finding solutions to answering complex dilemmas in the area of (digital) growth strategy, customer experience, sales and marketing, customer service, and pricing.Our contacts at clients usually happen at CxO level or at the level of business unit heads and other members of the senior management team. Client engagements last typically a few months, but we also develop multi-year, wide-ranging and transformative relationships. What you'll do Senior Associates are responsible for managing a specific module of a broader project. This includes liaising with clients, working closely with the PwC project team and managing one or more junior consultants.You will contribute to a wide range of projects across various industries (with a primary focus in the consumer and industrial products industries), helping our clients cope with the challenges they are facing. Your role encompasses: * Analysis and insight: Analyse complex client issues and demonstrate expertise and understanding of the functional and industry challenges * Define business requirements for implementation: Act as liaison between business and technology stakeholders. Support the design phase in cooperation with our PwC technology consultants * Engagement delivery: Deliver and manage (parts of) engagements,including leading the approach, liaising with stakeholders, and managing workload within the project team * Engagement delivery: Deliver and manage (parts of) engagements/ projects. * Relationship building: Build relationships between PwC and the client's project team, have quality discussions with clients at various levels, demonstrate creativity combined with strong functional knowledge * Communication: Structure, write and deliver presentations and other deliverables and share both orally and in writing with internal and client leadership * Business development: Build relationships to create follow on opportunities at clients and contribute to proposals. * Team development: Provide professional development opportunities and feedback for junior team members * Firm development: Contribute to firm activities and internal knowledge management and sharing What you have * Successful candidateswill have several years of relevant business experience, and the ability to meet each of the following criteria: * Strong academic background * A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in (digital) customer experience, sales and marketing or customer servicegained directly from working in commercial positions or from relevant project work within a (strategy) consultingfirm * A strong interest and affinity with technology solutions, combined with experience in digital customer transformations of the "front office" functions of a company (i.e. Marketing, Sales, Customer service). * Understanding of the Salesforce Customer Success platform and CRM * Insightful thinker, confident with concepts, analyses and frameworks * Energetic team player with an enthusiastic, positive, "can do" attitude * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with notable presence and confidence * Leadership qualities, project management skills, and people management and development skills * Ability to plan, structure and prepare client ready-work * Ability to work on multiple, overlappingtasks in a fast-paced environment * Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently * Passionate about doing an outstanding job, both for the client and for PwC * Fluency in Englishand either Dutch or French; working knowledge of the other What you'll get * Competitive salary * Attractive benefits (hospitalization insurance, pension plan, bonuses, etc.) * Company car, mobile phone and laptop * Flexible schedule * Tailored training programme * Continuous learning * Huge growth potential Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Up to 20% Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
