Job Description

Role Purpose Detailed oversight of a programme or area within Information Security and has sole responsibility for delivery of some aspects of the overall programme. Role Responsibilities - Supports the development, maintenance and implementation of the information security and technology risk framework - Translates strategy into team priorities and actionable long-term plans and allocates resources effectively - Represents Information Security across the Group and externally, managing senior relationships with external stakeholders - Applies expert understanding of legislation and external best practices, to develop and implement recommendations to enhance risk monitoring and reporting - Leads the delivery of high-impact and/or complex Information Security deliverables by leading a team and/or utilising own technical subject matter expertise - Deputises at key meetings and as necessary - Accountable for team delivery and building long-term capability through recruitment and development activities. Minimum Requirements - This can be either a People Manager or Individual Contributor role - Masters degree in Information Security or equivalent - Highly developed expertise in the discipline within Information Security - People management experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
