Terex are delighted to announce that we are recruiting for a Business Support Analyst to be based at our Dungannon site. As Business Support Analyst, you will be heavily involved in building Business Intelligence dashboards and the preparation and distribution of market and commercial data within the business. You will become part of a large, Commercial Excellence team that provide an essential service to our business and will be vital to our continued success. Main Responsibilities will include + Provide administrative and functional support for the Terex CRM system (Salesforce.com) + Collection, preparation and manipulation of data to be uploaded/ updated in the CRM + User acceptance testing of data and newly added functionality + Manage and report back on user activity within the CRM + Take ownership of the accuracy and update processes for the company Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards (Qlikview) + Manage monthly dashboard updates, uploading data promptly as and when supplied by the individual Terex business units. + Refresh, review and publish dashboards daily to ensure all businesses have constant up to date sales information available at all times. + Support the gathering and uploading annual sales targets into our dashboards + Preparation and distribution of market share statistics + Collate sales data from Terex business units + Upload data to partner sites + Download overall global market statistics and compile into reports and/or BI dashboards for distribution to users across our businesses + To provide ongoing general support as required on all Commercial Excellence projects & initiative Experience and Qualifications + Demonstrable experience of business analytics and data manipulation + 3rd level education (OR ability to demonstrate significant skills and experience relevant to the role) Key skills and attributes will include + Advanced Microsoft Office skills (in particular strong Excel modelling skills) + Experience using business intelligence software and/or CRM systems would be an advantage + Logical and methodical approach to tasks coupled with the ability to identify and recommend areas for process improvement + Strong analytical skills & attention to detail + Good planning and organizational skills + Good initiative to follow up on and resolve issues + Strong communication skills + Positive & flexible 'Can Do' approach coupled with ability to work under pressure + A real solid team player with a desire for personal improvement and advancement + Transparency Integrity and trust The successful candidate will be offered an excellent salary and benefits package including Pension, Life Assurance, Healthcare plus much more.
