Job Description

@HYVE Solutions, missions to help customers, business partners, and employees achieve success through shared goals, strategies, resources and technology solutions. * Leads a team of lower level associates and takes full ownership for achieving the targets within their own area. Takes appropriate remedial action where required * Trains new team members in all aspects of the role. * Supports continued development of the team * Must be flexible in their approach to work tasks and hours as can be required to work in any area of the department and on shifts as required to meet business needs and customer demand * Ensures Health and Safety Standards are adhered to * Provide relevant feedback to production to assist Right first time * Prioritise activities to meet shipping deadlines * Monitors activities within area of remit to ensure that efficiency and service level agreements are met. Takes immediate appropriate action to rectify any shortfalls in levels of service and advises Supervisor of action taken. * Suggests improvements to current methods. * Actively involved in continuous improvement activities. * Holds daily Team meetings and attends the end of shift meetings and provides reports/ data on daily performance achievements against targets. * Is actively involved in supporting new model introductions and supports production teams in order to meet customer requirements * Can suggest and implement and monitor improvements to current methods with minimal supervision * Instructs associates on correct method of operation and supports activities to remove waste from the process * Role model behaviour * Contributes to planned training schedule to cross train staff within own area of responsibility and understands and supports the need for the cross training of own staff in other areas. * Manages all aspects of attendance, absence, overtime, and maintains accurate records for own area of responsibility. Carries out return to work interviews and recommends appropriate actions to the supervisor * Carries out performance management activities in line with company processes. * Investigates issues, resolves them and implements improvement activities to prevent re occurrence. Monitors improvements to successful completion * a good working knowledge of company processes and procedures and applies them effectively and appropriately. * Role Model behavior, leads by example. * Provides support across department groups, ensuring visibility and structure to the Quality service * Reviews existing tools and works with internal teams to develop enhancements * Can demonstrate a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant and effective Team Leader experience in a fast moving, quality and customer focused environment. * Must be able to a rotating double day shift pattern * Good Microsoft office skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Good general level of education * May have recognized Team Leader certification or has completed in house training courses and applied the knowledge learned * Must be flexible to travel as needed <25%. * Can plan and manage resource requirements to complete full remit of tasks in own area @ HYVE Solutions , we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
