OUTLINE Are you an experienced Quality Assurance Manager looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a driven QA Manager to join the management function of a large FMCG company in Staffordshire to manage a team of QA and quality inspection staff within a busy food production area. THE JOB ROLE · Reviewing factory operations to ensure products meet all Food Safety, Quality and Legality standards · Maintaining internal quality systems · Managing the sites internal audits · Attending all process and packing trials · Investigating customer complaints regarding QA issues · Managing pest control programme · Planning, prioritising and organising the work load of the Quality and QA staff · Undertaking supplier quality audits · Deputising for the Technical Manager as required EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS · Quality Management experience within the Food/FMCG Sector desirable · Proven QA experience in food industry · HND in technical or food related subject · NEBOSH General Certificate advantageous · Able to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines · Good Technical knowledge regarding Food Safety, Quality and Legislation THE PACKAGE · Salary up to £40,000 · Company pension scheme · 25 days holiday If you are an experienced Quality Assurance Manager looking for a new challenge then please apply today Robin Hartley
