### Description The Infrastructure Division of Acuris comprises two products, Inframation and SparkSpread, which respectively specialise in Infrastructure and Power & Energy financing, M&A and refinancing. Both products provide real-time news, actionable market intelligence, research and data that enable individuals and companies working in Infrastructure and Power & Energy finance to gain a competitive business advantage. We are the leading provider of high value business information to the sector with over 1,300 corporate subscribers including many of the world's leading developers, institutional investors, infrastructure and private equity funds, banks, law firms, advisors and insurers. Job description: We are currently looking for an Account Manager to be responsible for driving revenue growth from a portfolio of existing subscribers to the Inframation and SparkSpread products, including but not limited to: growing their portfolio by identifying and managing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, prospecting within their accounts, managing trials, negotiations and closing new business, account management and retention. The role provides an ideal opportunity for individuals wishing to gain an insight into the increasingly topical world of Infrastructure & Energy. Responsibilities: * Manage an existing book of business whilst ensuring these clients renew their subscriptions * Consistently deliver individual retention, growth and new business sales targets on a monthly basis * Develop and maintain a continuous pipeline of new business sales leads from within existing accounts * Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, make initial contact, establish relationship and develop the business - managing the full sales cycle from start to finish * Present live or remote product demonstrations for prospects * Participate in the strategic development of the Infrastructure Division product suite by gathering feedback from prospects and subscribers * Develop and cultivate relationships at the highest levels within existing subscribers and prospects. * Ensure all existing and potential prospect/client activity is logged in the required CRM tool in the form of calls/tasks or meetings. * Represent Acuris at required industry events * Work collaboratively with other products within Acuris to optimize revenues for the overall business Skills & Requirements: * An interest in the financial markets, and an understanding of the Infrastructure and Energy industries * Previous Business Development, Sales or Account Management experience * Successful track record in business intelligence sales * Experience in an outside and/or inside sales role * Experience working with and presenting to senior level executives * Ability to report and forecast in a timely and accurate manner Nice to have: * Knowledge of a second European language What's in it for you: * 25 days paid leave + local Bank Holidays * London office with stunning roof terrace, great communal areas and a very modern space * Private Healthcare * Company Pension Scheme * Employee Assistance Program/ Save as you Learn Scheme * Employee Social club * Pool Table/Subsidised Gym/Other Staff Discounts and more Acuris powers business growth for financial and professional services firms worldwide.
