Chef de Partie The job role of Chef de Partie: Duck & Waffle are looking for a dynamic Chef de Partie to join the very successful team as we continue to grow. Ultimately, we are looking for those who are extremely passionate about food and can offer an uncompromised guest service to each of our guests. The chef brigade is now looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to work alongside the brigade in ensuring the quality, detail and service in the kitchen remains at an elevated level at all times. You will also work alongside the senior team on menu development and will be expected to confidently use sustainable and local produce.
