Senior Chef de Partie The job role of Senior Chef de Partie: SUSHISAMBA is a worldwide fast paced, fine-dining operation, offering the most superior blend of Japanese, Brazilian & Peruvian cuisine in locations like Miami, Las Vegas, Amsterdam, London Liverpool Street and London Covent Garden. The culinary team are looking for experienced and dynamic Senior Chef De Partie to exemplify uncompromising hospitality, providing our guests with the finest food and beverages, accompanied by courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience.
